Salmon with Spinach-Yogurt Sauce
Serves 4
Prepare:
Spinach-Yogurt Sauce
Bulgur-Chickpea Pilaf
Preheat Oven: 375° F.
2 tsp. olive oil
4 4-oz salmon filets, skin removed
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
¼ cup dry white wine
- Place oil in baking dish. Add salmon and turn to coat with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle wine around salmon.
- Bake salmon for 13 to 18 minutes or until opaque in the center. Serve immediately with the sauce and pilaf.
