2 cups spinach, stemmed and finely chopped (frozen spinach works, too)
¾ cup yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dill, fresh and finely chopped
Salt and pepper
In a medium bowl, combine spinach, yogurt and mayonnaise, garlic and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
