Caramel Icing - Mimi's
Covers 1 recipe of 1-2-3-4 Cake.
1 box light brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp. vanilla
- Cook all ingredients except vanilla until they are softly boiling.
- Remove pan from heat and add vanilla.
- Beat icing with a wooden spoon.
- Add more milk if necessary for desired consistency.
