Smoked Salmon Pizza

Serves 6

2 Store-bought 12-inch partially baked pizza crusts or see our Pizza Crust recipes

Extra virgin olive oil


8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature

½ cup finely chopped shallots

¼ cup drained capers (divided)2

2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill (divided)

Juice of ½ lemon

¾ lb. smoked salmon

Preheat oven to 450°F.

  1. Drizzle crusts with olive oil and season with pepper. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, shallots, 2 tbsp. capers, 1 tbsp. dill and lemon juice.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on the crusts. Top with sliced salmon, remaining capes and dill.
  4. Cut into wedges and serve.
