Smoked Salmon Dip

Makes 1 1/3 cups


¼ cup mayonnaise

4 oz Cream Cheese

1 tbsp. capers, rinsed and drained

1 tbsp. red onion, diced smal

1 or 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

½ tsp. prepared horseradish

4 oz. smoked salmon, thinly sliced, chopped and divided

1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

  1. Reserve 2 oz of the salmon and set aside.
  2. Place all remaining ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Process for about 20 seconds until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in the remaining salmon pieces.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with chips.

Serve with: Bagel chips, corn chips, tortilla chips, croustades
