2 tbsp butter
½ tsp. onion salt
¼ tsp. oregano
1 lb. can green peas, drained (LeSeur Early Green Peas)
3 tbsp chopped pimento
¼ cup ripe olives, sliced
- Melt butter in sauce pan. Add onion salt, oregano, and dash of pepper. Cook seasonings three minutes.
- Add green peas, chopped pimento and sliced olives.
- Mix and cook until peas are hot.
