Mimi's Peas

Serves 4

2 tbsp butter
½ tsp. onion salt
¼ tsp. oregano
1 lb. can green peas, drained  (LeSeur Early Green Peas)
3 tbsp chopped pimento
¼ cup ripe olives, sliced

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan.  Add onion salt, oregano, and dash of pepper. Cook seasonings three minutes.  
  2. Add green peas, chopped pimento and sliced olives.  
  3. Mix and cook until peas are hot.
