175g/6oz mayonnaise
125ml/4oz milk
1 tsp. dill weed
2 can chunk light tuna in brine, drained and flaked
3 tbsp. capers, drained
Rind of 1 lemon, grated, plus a squeeze of juice
Salt and pepper
