There's a category in the Table of Contents for Vegetarian recipes. But there are many more recipes that are vegetarian as well. Please use the Search function and enter Vegetarian to see more items.
Of course, things like Cakes, Cookies and Desserts are vegetarian, so we haven't specifically applied the Vegetarian keyword to items like that.
