Artichoke and Prosciutto Pizza
1 10-inch Pizza Base
2 to 4 tbsp. Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp. Basil Pesto
2-3 slices prosciutto
2 or 3 artichoke hearts, sliced
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Spread tomato sauce evenly on the base.
- Spread the pesto evenly on top of the sauce.
- Lay the prosciutto on the sauces and distribute the artichoke slices on top.
- Spread the mozzarella cheese over the top of everything else.
- Place in oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
- Slice and serve.
